When will my account be charged for my order?

What VAT is charged on my order?
If you are buying goods for delivery to an EU address, then we will charge Italian VAT, where applicable. This is presented on the prices on the website. If you are buying goods for delivery to a non-EU address, Italian VAT is not applicable, and it will be deducted at checkout.
Do I have to pay Customs Duties?
Shipments destined outside the European Union are exempt from Italian VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import taxes (DAP – Delivered At Place) based on the internal regulation of each State. The payment of these import taxes (DAP) is the exclusive responsibility of the final Customer.

Are there different Price Lists?

The List Price Increase will be automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the selected shipping address.

Can I pay with Bank Transfer?
Omeroabbigliamento.com accepts Bank Transfer as an alternative payment method. We will inform you of our bank details during the online purchase, by e-mail.
Payment must be credited to our c/c within 2 (two) working days from the order date.
We remind our customers that use this method of payment that, after 2 (two) working days, if the amount had not reached our bank account, omeroabbigliamento.com reserves the right to cancel the order.
All bank charges and commissions are charged to the customer. Omeroabbigliamento.com reserves the right to request the integration of the payment if the amount recorded does not correspond with the final amount of the order.
We will ship your order when the bank transfer has reached our bank account.

Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Sold Out’ are not available for sale.
Do you restock sold-out products?
We have no general rule about restocking. Sometimes we are able to restock, and sometimes not. Please don’t send multiple emails with the same questions, it will not make us answer quicker.
Can you declare low value on my order's invoice?
We are not allowed to declare low value on invoices, we are forced to declare the real amount of the goods.
Can I amend or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Generally yes, but as we are really quick at packing your order up, please let us know your intentions as soon as possible.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
