Purchases made online are governed by Italian distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in store purchases.
If You don’t live in Italy, here are our Rules for Returns from abroad:
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 14 days of the merchandise’s delivery date.
If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know immediately to email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue at once.
The Refund includes the price paid for the product(s) and the original shipping cost of the order. Additional costs of delivery, such as insurance, are not reimbursed.
If you want to return your order, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from when you received the product(s).
We provide two methods to easily return your item(s) back to us and you can choice the one you prefer:
1. Own Method: you arrange by yourself the return, choosing your own courier for the shipping. Any returns costs are paid by the Customer. The cost of returning the item(s) and responsibility for the item(s) is yours until it reaches us therefore we recommend using a trackable, insured service. We do not refund any return cost.

You have 14 days from the notification of the return to send us the product(s).
The products that arrive after 14 days from your return communication will not be reimbursed.
Returned items received after 14 days will be offered a store credit at the discretion of the management. We will not accept any returns after 21 days.
2. Our Method: send an email to email@example.com with your name and your order number, we will contact you and we will book for you the courier that will pick up your return.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is processed. Then we will issue a refund by the same payment method you used for your original order. In case you choose Our Method for shipping back your item(s), we will deduct the amount for the return shipping fees (see below) from your refund:
THE COST OF RETURNS FOR THE EU-AREA is a variable quota for shipping UP TO € 39,00 depending on your EU-area.
(We will deduct from your refund 39€. Then, if the Courier invoice for the return will be less than 39 euros, We will refund you the difference!)
THE COST OF RETURNS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD is a variable quota for shipping UP TO € 69,00* (*customs duties excluded) depending on the Extra-EU area.
(We will deduct from your refund 69€. Then, if the Courier invoice for the return will be less than 69 euros, We will refund you the difference!)
Any Customs Fees are paid by the Customer and It will be deducted from refund.
For example, a return from Sweden costs us € 34,00 with DHL (see invoice below):
Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Item(s) returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Items must not be worn, must have labels intact and be returned in the original packaging. Please be careful that any aftershave or body spray worn does not leave any marks or trace of scent.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Card refunds can take up to 10 working days before showing up on your bank account, due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please note that we are unable to influence this.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
* IMPORTANT – Non-EU Customers:
When returning an item from outside the European Union, you should incur in import charges. Any eventual import fees related to the return will be deducted from any eventual refunds. Any customs fees are paid by the Customer.
EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT
If you are an EU Customer, the Return is free if you opt for an Exchange or for a Store Credit.
If you wish to Exchange an item or get a Store Credit, feel free to email us at the store on firstname.lastname@example.org to get return conditions more advantageous for you.
Unfortunately we can’t offer Exchanges or Store Credits to non-EU Customers.
