Shipping & Delivery
Free EU Shipping on all orders over €300; Free Extra-EU Shipping on all orders over €600.
The shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout page, depending your Area (see below).
All orders are shipped with Express Courier. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day after order is placed.
From the day of shipping, delivery times required are:
– 3-6 working days in the European Union (depending on the Area)
– 6-10 working days in Extra-EU Countries* (depending on the Area)
*In Extra-EU Countries, should the customs hold the package for checking, delivery may require a longer time not attributable to omeroabbigliamento.com
In some periods (sales, holidays, black friday…) shipments may be delayed compared to the above, for reasons beyond our control and our actions.
Immediately after the Purchase Process ends, omeroabbigliamento.com sends its Customers an e-mail containing the Order Confirmation and, the next day, an e-mail including the link to Track your Parcel shortly after shipment is arranged.
Sometimes it can happen that the e-mails end up in the spam, therefore, if you don’t receive the e-mails we invite you to check in the spam, because they probably ended up there.
If a parcel is not withdrawn after two attempts to deliver it, any eventual import or shipping fees related to the return of the parcel to our warehouse will be deducted from any eventual refunds.
At the checkout page, you can insure the shipment against theft, loss, and accidental damage. The cost of insurance is 2% of the EU value of goods, with a minimum of 6 euros.
Customs Duties (Non-EU Customers)
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
