All orders are shipped with Express Courier. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day after order is placed.

From the day of shipping, delivery times required are:

– 3-6 working days in the European Union (depending on the Area)
– 6-10 working days in Extra-EU Countries* (depending on the Area)

*In Extra-EU Countries, should the customs hold the package for checking, delivery may require a longer time not attributable to omeroabbigliamento.com

In some periods (sales, holidays, black friday…) shipments may be delayed compared to the above, for reasons beyond our control and our actions.

Immediately after the Purchase Process ends, omeroabbigliamento.com sends its Customers an e-mail containing the Order Confirmation and, the next day, an e-mail including the link to Track your Parcel shortly after shipment is arranged.

Sometimes it can happen that the e-mails end up in the spam, therefore, if you don’t receive the e-mails we invite you to check in the spam, because they probably ended up there.

If a parcel is not withdrawn after three (3) attempts to deliver it, or if the customer refuses to receive the shipment, will be deducted from the reimbursement the initial shipping costs, the return costs, the costs of storage with the courier, and a flat fee of 25 € for management costs.

At the checkout page, you can insure the shipment against theft, loss, and accidental damage. The cost of Insurance is 2% of the EU value of goods, with a minimum of 6 euros.

Shipments destined outside the European Union are exempt from Italian VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import taxes (DAP – Delivered At Place) based on the internal regulation of each State. The payment of these import taxes (DAP) is the exclusive responsibility of the final Customer.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.

The prices of the products published on the omeroabbigliamento.com website reflect the actual sale price of the goods that does NOT include import taxes (based on the internal regulation of each State). For precise information on the amount of the Customs costs, the Customer can contact the competent Customs Office.

We are not able to undervalue orders, or mark them as gifts.
